Not at all, we charge only for the email records which are delivered. At times mails do not reach prospective customers due to spam filters which eliminate legitimate mails perhaps due to words, image etc. We strictly do not include unsubscribe entries to ensure accuracy and consistency of the data.

What is the response rate?
