Ah kawai stuff ! What's not to like? Check out "Ponyo on the cliff" when it's released in August in the USA (write it down!). I love cute Japanese stuff. Hope it's cheaper in your place to watch it. A lot has been written already so I'll just show you the pictures I felt like making after reading about this animation film.
