posted by binsidetv The Sun reports that the Grammy Award winning Rehab singer who was forced into a drug treatment facility after a video leaked online of her smoking crack cocaine has announced plans to launch a clothing and makeup line. Amy plans to include hairspray,head scarves,perfume and heavy liquid eyeliner in her collection so fans can copy her trademark beehive look. She's scheduled to meet with a fashion and cosmetics team this week. The Sun revealed the following. A pal revealed : Amy's style has been copied by girls around the country and there's alot of money to be made. It's a very distinctive look. "She has become a fashion icon despite not always looking too fresh." We can understand why Amy Winehouse would want to capitalize on the money making opportunity. Last season at his London Fashion show Designer Karl Lagerfeld announced Amy Winehouse was his muse and sent his models down the catwalk sporting beehives. During New York Fashion Week Fall 2008 Collections Michael Kors played Amy Winehouse's music on the runway and said backstage that Amy Winehouse was the inspiration for his collection.
