Key Requirements: Major Duties: Serves as a Quality Assurance Representative (QAR) that is the sole individual responsible for the Government QA operations at one or more contractor locations engaged in the design, development manufacture of complex state-of-the-art electronic systems. Creates, updates, executes Supplier Risk Management Plans (RMP) using an Integrated Product Team approach in accordance with DCMA directives. The Risk Analysis documented in the RMP is used to determine the priority, method, intensity of the various risk monitoring activities. Planning is performed to determine all contract requirements, to determine the contractor's interpretation of contract requirements and to gain knowledge of the various processes which collectively contribute to the manufacture of hardware and software. Data is collected from measurement points and analyzed for trends and possible areas of improvement.
