Key Requirements: Major Duties: The incumbent performs various duties to include (finance, facilities maintenance and procurement) in a team/group setting with knowledge of USG policies, procedures and guidelines. The incumbent must be able to work in a covert setting and serve as liaison to program managers, local government officials, financial institutions and private vendors. The incumbent must possess financial management experience with knowledge of accounts payable, deposits, withdrawals, invoices bill pay, account reconciliations, preparations of monthly financial reports, general entries, general ledgers and the ability to formulate and manage multiple annual budgets.
