EBay à nouveau condamné pour contrefaçon

Le site internet d'enchères eBay a été condamné vendredi par le tribunal de grande instance de Paris à verser 80.000 euros au leader mondial du luxe LVMH pour "contrefaçon", pour avoir utilisé sans autorisation le nom de plusieurs parfums de marques du groupe, a annoncé LVMH.
