The turbines can be installed in different configurations to adapt to a variety of local site conditions such as river flow, river bed, and shore infrastructure conditions. A typical array consists of 6 individual turbines arranged, two wide and three high. The devices are attached in groups to a mooring assembly that allows for easy periodic maintenance.
