Issue Brief: H1N1 Challenges Ahead The Trust for America's Health organization has today released an issue brief stating that the U.S. faces a variety of challenges regarding hospital care, vaccinations, and at-risk community preparedness in the event of an H1N1 or other influenza outbreak in the upcoming fall flu season. In particular, the report indicates that hospital beds could be at a premium in many states and that an outbreak would also stress other components of the U.S. healthcare system.
