VERY STRANGE PROBLEM WITH PANASONIC TC-P58S1 and DirecTV

Ok... so I just got my Panasonic TC-P58S1 at home a few days ago and started running my break-in slides. Of course I had to watch some hi-def content just to see the picture, when I noticed that although my xbox worked totally fine, my direcTV would only get half of the channels. The other ones would pixelate and then give me an error message "771 searching for satellite". The DirecTV guys came out and replace EVERYTHING... a whole new dish, new box, new cables, new ground connections, new LNB (l and b?), new coax barrels, new b-bands, EVERYTHING NEW... still the problem exists. If I hook it up to a standard def tv "20 inch crt insignia"... no problems whatsoever. I have everything running off a Monster cable HTS 1600 power center. I previously had a 55" sony sxrd rear-projo... Basically every connection, whether it be coax, or hdmi, component, s-video, etc... they all have the same problem when hooking up to the new Panasonic, but when using s-video or composite with the 20", no problems. DirecTV actually told me my tv was incompatible with DirecTV and I scoffed. The two technicians did put in over 11 hours in the last two days, so I have nothing but admiration for them. So after they told me it was my tv, I decided to pick up a 40" Samsung 1080p LCD. Well lo and behold, the same problem existed, with pixelation, 771 error, etc. I realized though that I was still running break-in slides on the panasonic and decided to turn it off since I was plugging/unplugging things and didn't want any surge. As soon as I turned the Panasonic off, the Samsung's signal came in loud and clear on a signal that two seconds early (with the Panasonic ON) was getting a 771 error. I tried and re-tried this, turning the Panasonic on and off.. and every time it was on, the Samsung had the 771 error and pixelation almost instantaneously. So I then unplugged the Panasonic, hooked it into another power outlet nearby, and BAM... perfect signal on the Panasonic using HDMI and all. *My question after all of this is simply... could my Monster power center be bad, or do the Panasonic Viera Plasmas of such a large size require too much power to have anything else plugged into the same outlet?* As soon as the Panasonic starts sucking down power when it is on, all hell breaks loose with my DirecTV signal. PLEASE HELP. Also this might help others with the same problem... oh and the voltage in my wall is a steady 119volts I believe is what I last read... I believe that is standard voltage...and the monster power center also shows 118-119 fluctuating ever so slightly. **EDIT** I am using direcTV's HD-DVR HR21, the black box, with dual-tuners (two coax lines)... which I am actually told has very particular voltage requirements... and yes, I have had direcTV for over a year and a month with my old Sony rear-projo with no problems.. but they do use a lot less power. I am about to hook everything up through the power center except for the direcTV box and see if the signal is ok then. **EDIT 2** Ok, so I just moved the HD-DVR HR21 to an outlet that nothing is plugged into and the same problem exists, but only on the Panasonic plasma (where it pixelates and gets error 771)... if I hook it up into the Samsung (which is still plugged into the Monster power center into a different outlet on the other side of the room) the picture is fine, no problems. I am going to try to return my monster power center tomorrow and replace that to see if that clears up the problem... but I am beginning to think that the Panasonic 58" has to be on a separate outlet all by itself for no interference to happen. Strange though, because the monster power center is supposed to clean up the voltage, signals, etc. Oh and yea... I am NOT running my coax lines through the power center.. just using it as a power strip basically.
