China mould is a new subsidiary of Triple- c Ltd (Hong Kong). At the end of 2008 china , Triple-c set up China mould and the belonging website www.injectionmoldinchina.com to serve their old customers and attract new clientele.

Together with a Toolshop in Shanghai, the aim of this new subsidiary is to serve better quality injection moulds and plastic parts to their customers, within the agreed delivery time and with fair cost.

An added value of China mould is the dutch management and their high knowledge and experience of engineering of plastic parts.

As by the the director"s experience, not only mould quality and the final plastic parts are an important issue for their customers, also planning and clear communication is important.

Usually 100% Chinese owned factories project managers are lacking of clear communication and that is why Triple-c ltd manages simple and difficult mould projects with their mould planning sheet. (MPS) the Mps is a simple excel sheet with a project planning and the main attributes of the moulds.
