hd dvr Follow

I am a newbie here but I have a question for all of you AV gurus. I am looking at getting a new DVR with either a DVD or Blue-Ray player, I was looking for one that has a digital tuner and speaker out puts so I can use remote speakers with it. Does anyone know if they make such an animal, and if so what brand and model is it?
