Yes, those are the 12 fans in the grandstands stretching to wake up at the Waterford Speedbowl after the high dramatics of short track time trials. Ok, maybe that isn't fair. So there's really 16 or so people in the grandstand. Are there more cars in the paddock than fans in the seats? It's quite possible. For the record, Doug Coby of Milford was fastest in SK Modified qualifying with a time of 14.337 seconds around the .333-mile Waterford oval.
