Os moradores da rua Conde D'Eu, no bairro Boa Vista, em Recife (PE), reclamam dos constantes alagamentos na região. Segundo eles, os bueiros estão entupidos e o excesso de água acumula também o lixo da região e aumenta o risco de doenças.
